Who are we?
Neighborhood Realty & Property Management is a full service real estate company with a proven record of performance.  We have provided services for absentee owners and investors for over a decade.  Our Residential Management Division currently manages over 1000 residential units in the Austin area.  Our trained staff has over 50 years of experience in all phases of property management.

Fred Southard, broker owner, has in excess of 15 years real estate experience in the Austin market.  He has been awarded the RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (RMP) designation by the National Association of Residential Property Managers.  He has served on numerous Board of Directors at both the local and state level for Realtor, apartment, and self storage associations.
